Country Homes & Fairwood

Country Homes and Fairwood contain established suburban streets, mature landscaping, and housing built across multiple decades. Portions are outside Spokane city limits, making jurisdiction and utility arrangements important details to verify.

The Wandermere area includes established subdivisions, golf-course properties, newer development, and homes near the Little Spokane River. Lot setting, shoreline proximity, drainage, and association requirements vary by property.

Mead

Mead combines suburban neighborhoods with areas that retain a more open setting. Buyers will find traditional subdivisions, newer construction, and properties with varying lot sizes, services, and transportation access.

Colbert

Farther north, Colbert includes subdivisions, custom homes, acreage, and semi-rural properties. Buyers should closely review water, septic, road maintenance, internet availability, and land-use information for each property.

Newer Northside Development

Newer residential areas are found throughout the northern county. Floor plans, lot sizes, builder features, warranties, association dues, and future development plans should be compared carefully rather than assuming every newer neighborhood is alike.
